Week 1

I managed to exercise Wednesday and Thursday last week.  Friday was just too crazy with grocery shopping (hmm...pushing a cart filled with food and two kids has to burn calories) and Logan refusing to nap.  I'm not exercising on the weekends because I'm usually spending time with the kids and getting things ready for Sunday and the week ahead.

What I've learned from week 1:

1.  I am extremely uncoordinated.  Apparently, having children throws your coordination out of whack because I don't remember being that uncoordinated.  I can chew gum, wrangle a one year old and change a diaper while singing Popcorn Popping all at the same time but I can't manage a few simple exercise moves.  Go figure.

2.  I had to buy new jeans today...a size larger than what I've been wearing.  Maybe I should try running with the cart filled with kids and groceries this week.
